An Executive Team meeting takes place to approve your franchise application. Following a franchise award decision, a member of the Executive Team will begin the process of signing the area development agreement andor franchise agreement with the new franchisee.
We will make you an offer in writing, along with the territory assigned, if we think you are a good franchise candidate. As soon as we all decide to move forward, you will sign the franchise agreement, indicating (among other things) that you have read and agree to the FDD. Our franchise contracts can be signed remotely and do not require a visit to our headquarters. All the agreed fees are due upon execution of the franchise agreement.
As soon as your training is scheduled, you will receive the operations manual and any other materials you need. Following the signing of the franchise agreement, you will also be introduced to your franchise business coach and mentor.
Now you can begin your franchisee training. You will receive comprehensive training from the planning stage to the opening day of your home-based business. The training includes coaching webinars, business practices, policiesprocedures, clinical checkoffs, call center operations, billing, supplies and equipment introductions, and online training as well as access to our Franchise Support Center. Before opening, you will also observe daily operations in an active office.
